Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Indonesian market.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and key retail accounts nationwide.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with channel stakeholders across Indonesia.
- Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team to drive performance and capability.
- Achieve sales targets and lead market expansion initiatives to increase brand presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Indonesia, with a focus on channel management.
- Proven success in managing distributors and achieving sales targets in the local market.
- Established network within relevant industries in Indonesia.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Previous leadership experience is highly preferred.
