Job Description

· Develop and execute sales strategies for the Turkish market, ensuring alignment with global objectives;

· Manage annual revenue, margin, and market share targets;

· Lead regional sales teams and oversee quotation, pricing, and contract processes;

· Drive key customer and distributor relationships, including active participation in strategic meetings;

· Monitor market trends, and industry dynamics to shape competitive strategies;

· Manage the sales pipeline (CRM) and provide accurate forecasting;

· Coordinate technical and commercial aspects of project-based sales in cooperation with engineering teams;

· Ensure profitability, monitor payment terms, and manage collections and financial risk;

· Identify new business opportunities, product segments, and growth areas;

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer visits.
