Job Description
Coupa Administrator / Business Systems Analyst
- Administer and configure Coupa S2C and P2P modules, with focus on Procurement and Sourcing.
- Configure approval workflows, sourcing events, business rules, and templates.
- Support and administer the CLM module, including contracts, clauses, and approvals.
- Translate business requirements into Coupa configurations and system solutions.
- Provide day-to-day production support (KTLO) and troubleshoot functional or data issues.
- Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards for business users.
- Support testing, UAT, and controlled deployments for Coupa changes.
- Collaborate with IT on Coupa integrations (ERP, suppliers, middleware).
- Maintain basic documentation and support user adoption.
