Job Description
Immediate part-time opening for a dependable and self-motivated individual to support daily operational tasks. This role requires a valide driver's lisence and an acceptable DMV driving record to operate company vehicles.
This is a part-time position Monday thru Friday.
Hours 9:00am - 3:00 pm(1/2-hour lunch)
Hourly rate of $22.00/hr.
We are seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently after training.
Duties include:
+ Pick up the daily mail from the post office box.
+ Deliver outbound mail to the post office.
+ Shuttle and deliver company mail between Richmond and Oakland on a daily basis.
+ Drive to offices in Albany, Dixon, or Petaluma to obtain required signatures on company documents.
+ Perform other company errands as needed.
+ General office work as needed (filing, scanning, etc.).
