This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with parents and students, understanding their learning needs, and recommending the right courses or programmes. You will play an important role in helping families make informed decisions while supporting the growth of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to enquiries from parents and students through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand students learning needs, goals, and current challenges before recommending suitable courses.
