Job Description
As a Court Liaison Officer, you will provide court liaison and administrative services for Strathcona County RCMP and Enforcement Services. This role is responsible for coordinating court processes, preparing and managing criminal court files, and supporting Crown Prosecutors and court officials. You will manage a wide range of information services for internal staff and external partners, while providing guidance on matters before the courts to support the effective and efficient administration of justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and review criminal court files (adult and youth) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to swearing charges
- Cross-reference court dockets with disclosure materials to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
