Court of Protection Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Fareham
Experience: 1-5 PQE
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £45,000-£60,000 DOE
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience or a strong interest in Court of Protection work to join a supportive and collaborative team that provides specialist advice to vulnerable individuals, their families and appointed deputies.
The Role
You will assist with a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including:
- Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
- Financial deputyship matters and ongoing administration
- Assisting with annual deputyship reports and compliance requirements
- Statutory Will applications
- Matters involving care fees and local authority funding
