8:15 am - 3:30pm
Are you enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about supporting young people in their learning? We are seeking dedicated full time Cover Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources.
Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support pupils to stay engaged and focused throughout the lesson.
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence managing groups of secondary school pupils.
Previous experience in education or youth work is desirable but not essential.
Commitment to supporting pupils’ learning and development.
