CPS(Contract Personnel Services) Lead:
-Placing experienced clinical research professional w/ Clients(Pharmeceuticals, Medical Device, Biotechnology)
-Customer managed whilst out on assignment, w/ continued support from dedicated manager at Paraxel
-Oversee the clinical site management aspect of designated projects
-Managing clinical monitoring activities and liaising w/ project management and the sponsor

-Co-ordinate regional Contract Personnel Services (CPS) business operations
-Recruitment upon client requests
-Placement and line management of CPS resources
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of an outstanding level of client services
-Ensuring good working relationships with new and existing clients working with the Account Management group as appropriate and seek out, develop and grow business opportunities.
