Job Description
Reporting to the General Foreman, the Foreman will be:
- Supervising daily site operations and coordinating construction activities
- Managing labour teams, subcontractors, and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Monitoring health and safety compliance on site and enforcing safety procedures
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and ensuring work is completed according to specifications
- Reporting project progress, site issues, and material requirements to management
