Job Description
As a Professionally registered Quantity Surveyor, reporting into the Director, the key functions would be:
- Prepare and manage feasibility studies, including cost planning and budget estimates.
- Produce accurate cost reports throughout all project stages.
- Administer and negotiate final accounts to ensure successful project close-out.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess costs and provide commercial advice.
- Prepare tender documentation, manage tender processes and evaluate contractor submissions.
- Deliver quantity surveying and cost management services across all project stages (Stages 16).
