Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will:
- Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project costs evaluate variations and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess contractor payment claims and prepare interim and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements
Qualifications
- Relevant QS qualification (BTech or BSc)
