Job Description
Craft Beverage Supervisor – Gahan Beer Store
- Supervise and co‑ordinate Beer Store staff
- Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Provide recommendations based on customers' stated preferences, needs and desires
- Respond to customer questions
- Conduct sales transactions
- Other duties as required

- Love for building strong relationships with team members, guests, and the community
- Passion for learning
- Responsible beverage certificate is required
