Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Oversees all maintenance and repairs to port associated mobile equipment. Supervises the activities of the assigned mechanical maintenance crew in the field, gives the technical direction and guidance for safe trouble shooting and repair jobs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinates with maintenance planner to prioritize, schedule and assign jobs to the subordinates, ensure early prepare for all job requirements
- Ensures CMMS is completed on a shift basis whilst complying with agreed procedures.
- Responsible in maintaining safety, quality and housekeeping in side mechanical workshop, and job areas as well.
- Support the team by giving all the mechanical requirements and request for possible changes which will lead to safe and accessible job areas.
