You’ll work with your foreman and crew to support daily progress and maintain safe, tidy work practices. Your focus will be safe operation, clear communication and steady, reliable work on site.

Operate mobile and crawler cranes safely and follow daily work plans.

Carry out pre‑start checks and keep equipment clean and well maintained.

Set up safe lifting zones and communicate with dogmen and spotters.

Competent to generate basic lift plans.

Sling, lift and place loads as directed by site leadership.
