About the job Crane Operators (Sponsored)
Responsibilities:
- Operate Cranes : Safely and efficiently operate various types of cranes (mobile, tower, crawler, etc.) to lift, move, and position loads.
- Load Handling : Assess the weight and size of loads to determine safe lifting methods. Secure loads with appropriate rigging gear.
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance checks on cranes and report any faults or defects to ensure the equipment is in good working order.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all health and safety regulations and site-specific rules. Attend safety briefings and training sessions as required.
- Communication : Work closely with the site management team, signalers, and other crane operators to ensure smooth and safe operations.
