Summary:
Our Commercial Real Estate Group has an excellent entry level position available for an individual looking to gain more experience in the commercial real estate lending field.Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Gather and analyze all financial and business information to determine credit worthiness for loans.
+ Prepare a written evaluation of borrowers' financial condition and future outlook, as well as identify strengths and risks associated with our relationship sponsors and guarantors.
+ Obtain and follow up on all required documents.
+ Monitor financial reporting requirements and obtain and analyze financial and loan information.
+ This position generally leads to a career in commercial real estate lending, either as a portfolio manager or relationship manager, and will include sales in either position.
