THE ROLE
You will be the creative lead for the local social studio, accountable for the quality, speed, and effectiveness of day-to-day output. You will guide teams from brief to delivery, shaping ideas, strengthening craft, and keeping work aligned to the global brand voice while making it culturally and contextually right for your market.
Working closely with the Global Social ECD, local marketing teams, strategy, account leadership, and producers, you will build a confident creative rhythm across planning, production, approvals, and optimisation. Success means consistently high-quality work, strong stakeholder trust, and a studio team that delivers sustainably.
