In partnership with our client a premium personal brand and business group based in the UAE we are seeking a Creative Director to lead the strategy, planning and execution of high‑impact content across YouTube editorial platforms and campaign storytelling initiatives. If you are a storyteller at heart with a sharp strategic mind and a proven ability to grow audiences through long‑form content we want to meet you.
Who are we looking for- You are a long‑form content strategist and storyteller with 4 to 7 years of experience building and growing content platforms through high‑retention video and editorial formats.
- You are deeply fluent in YouTube, understanding how the platform works, what drives watch time and subscriber growth and how to build content that keeps audiences coming back.
