Creative Director (Luxury Interiors)

Our client, aleading, high‑end interiors company, is seeking an experienced Creative Director to take full custodianship of its creative vision, design quality, and aesthetic integrity across all interior design, architectural, and FF&E outputs.

This is a senior executive role, reporting directly to the CEO, created for a creative leader who can balance design excellence with structure, governance, and commercial awareness in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven luxury environment.

The Creative Director is the guardian of the brand’s creative DNA. You will define, institutionalise, and continuously evolve the company’s design language while ensuring it is translated into clear standards, guidelines, SOPs, and governance frameworks that enable consistent, first‑time‑right delivery at scale.
