Job Description
- Lead and inspire a team of talented designers, art directors and copywriters to conceptualise and execute cutting‑edge creative campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to deeply understand our target audience and develop strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Oversee the creative direction and production of all marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, brand identity elements and more
- Ensure consistently high standards of creativity, design and execution across all projects
- Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
What we're looking for
- Substantial experience (4-8+ years) as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director in the advertising, marketing or creative agency space
