We are a lean, fast‑moving ecommerce team with a strong brand, a loyal customer base, and real creative standards. We know who we are. We need someone who can execute at that level.
The Role We are hiring a Creative Strategist and Ecommerce Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of our ecommerce site while acting as the internal creative gatekeeper across all marketing channels. This is a hands‑on hybrid role, part ops, part creative. You will keep the site accurate and promo‑ready while ensuring everything we publish looks and sounds like Latico. If you have a strong visual eye, care about brand consistency, and can manage ecommerce operations without needing constant direction, this is for you.
