We’re looking for a creative thinker who can come up with scroll-stopping ideas for mobile game ads.
This role isn’t about video editing or production — our pipelines (including AI tools) handle execution Your focus is simple: come up with compelling concepts, hooks, and narratives that drive installs.

What You’ll Do
- Generate a high volume of ad ideas for short-form creatives
- Craft strong first 3-second hooks to capture attention
- Turn gameplay into clear, engaging ad concepts
- Write simple scripts / briefs for production
- Create multiple variations of winning ideas
- Analyze trends, competitors, and performance to iterate
- Partner with UA & creative teams to scale what works
