- Develop and iterate operational strategies based on creator lifecycle and tiered management goals, building clear growth paths and scalable operational mechanisms.
- Identify high‑value creator segments and integrate education, content optimization, product adoption, and campaign initiatives to establish a repeatable and scalable community operations framework that accelerates creator growth.
- Collaborate with product and cross‑functional teams to drive key initiatives, enhance operational capabilities, and support critical business breakthroughs.
