Job Description

Salt is hiring a ‘Creator Management & Acquisition’ specialist who will be responsible for driving creator acquisition and growth by identifying, onboarding, and developing high‑potential affiliate creators. The position also ensures successful program execution, provides ongoing creator support, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to maximize campaign performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities Creator Acquisition & Development

Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑potential affiliate creators to drive platform growth.

Creator Account Management
