Creator Management Lead - Live Commerce

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Creator Scouting & Signing

- Identify and recruit top Filipino video creators in beauty, health, personal care, and FMCG verticals

- Build a pipeline of mid-tier (100K–500K) and A-tier (10K–300K follower) creators for MCN signing

- Negotiate creator contracts

- Develop and maintain a target creator database with engagement data, content style, and growth potential



2. Creator Development & Livestream Activation

- Onboard new creators: introduce our systems, content playbook, and live commerce training program

- Activate creators’s livestreaming — hand-hold through their first live sessions

- Coach creators on content strategy, hook techniques, product storytelling, and audience engagement for live selling

- Set and track individual creator KPIs: live hours, GMV per session, follower growth, engagement rate
