- Roughly, 3 to 5 years’ experience working with influencers, creators, opinion leaders, or high-profile talent, within an FMCG, media, or agency environment. Event execution experience mandatory.
- University degree in Marketing, PR or Communications preferred.
- Exceptional relationship management skills required, with the proven ability to work as a self-starter within a large, complex organisation.
- Experience working with, negotiating, and evaluating agencies or external partners.
- Strong creative background with proven ability to bring ideas to life and put them into action. Some knowledge in content production is essential, along with a strong understanding of each social/content platform.
- Travel 40-50%
