Creator Operations Intern (Creator Strategy) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
- Campaign & Policy Leadership: Execute marquee programs such as All Star Showcase and CNY Campaigns to incentivize creator participation and market penetration.
- Content Excellence: Boost GMV and traffic efficiency by setting quality standards, managing supply policies, and developing high‑quality Live IPs.
- Affiliate Growth & Retention: Scale the “Moving‑Sales” creator base through advanced labeling systems, mission‑based incentives, and optimized matchmaking tools.
- Affiliate Resource Management (Core Focus): Daily configuration and maintenance of key affiliate resource slots (Creator EC Center, Campaign Landing Pages, Pop‑ups/Notifications) aligned with policies.
