About the Role
We are looking for a
Creator Operations Specialist
to manage and optimize creator partnerships, execute influencer marketing campaigns, and support e-commerce growth initiatives. This role will work closely with Marketing, Brand, and E-commerce teams to drive creator performance, increase conversions, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end creator operations, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding, coordination, and relationship management.
Execute creator marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and e-commerce objectives.
Coordinate creator collaborations, ensuring timely content delivery and successful campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze creator performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, GMV, and ROI.
