This role is operationally focused and responsible for sourcing creators, negotiating deliverables, managing workflows, and optimizing content production pipelines. This position plays a key role in supporting paid media and brand marketing initiatives. Creator Sourcing & Recruitment Identify and recruit creators aligned with our niche audience. Build and maintain a structured creator database. Evaluate creator quality, engagement, and brand alignment. Negotiation & Contracting Negotiate compensation, deliverables, and content usage rights.
