We're looking for a Creator Success Manager: the person who owns the creative strategy behind a roster of 4–5 creators and is responsible for growing their subscriber base through exceptional content.
What you’ll actually do
- Build the creative strategy for each creator in your pod — what content to make, what hooks to use, what formats to test, what to kill
- Gather inspiration constantly — consume content across IG, TikTok, and adjacent niches. Spot what's working, understand why, and adapt it for your creators
