- Analyze credit information and assess potential clients’ creditworthiness.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Prepare detailed reports on collections performance and aging accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client disputes and improve customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
