Job Summary
This role will be responsible for calling pre-existing customers from the assigned portfolio to strengthen relationships and increase Annual Net Receivables of Credit cards. Assist clients with queries, perform needs analysis, suggest solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all relevant processes carried out adheres to Department Operating Instructions.
- Ensure productivity levels and performance are maintained as per defined targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers using approved scripts to maintain and protect the bank's reputation and sales integrity.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports timely on available tools.
- Ensure data protection, customer confidentiality, and no sales miscommitment at all times.
- Adhere to specified audit checklists and confirm zero tolerance for discrepancies.
