Job Description
As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:
- Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
- Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
- Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
- Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
- Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
- Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
- Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
- Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
- Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
