Job Description
The Credit Cards Usage Team Head is responsible for driving the growth of BPI Card's business through strategic merchant partnerships, usage programs, and loyalty initiatives. The role ensures that BPI Credit, Prepaid, and Debit cards remain the preferred payment option among existing and potential cardholders by implementing effective marketing strategies, managing resources, and delivering measurable financial results.
Responsibilities
- Identifies new merchant partnerships and categories that generate volume while addressing market needs
- Launches usage programs that generate incremental card usage
- Stays within budget while achieving business goals
- Develops program profitability models to ensure financial trust and sustainability
- Drives implementation of marketing initiatives to improve card billings and preference at point of sale
- Manages resources, budget, and personnel to maximize results
