Position Summary
This role provides essential support to the credit control operations for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) portfolio with responsibility for managing mailbox activity processing cash allocations posting receipts and responding to Statement of Account (SOA) requests. The position contributes directly to maintaining accurate financial controls and delivering timely reliable support to internal stakeholders and clients within the Credit Control function.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming communication through the centralised mailbox ensuring timely and accurate responses escalating complex or nonroutine cases as required and upholding internal service standards.
- Process and deliver all SOA requests for MEA clients with precision and within agreed timelines.
- Arrange and organize receipts daily for MEA clients ensuring complete documentation and compliance with credit control procedures.
