This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while ensuring effective debt management and cash collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the sales ledger
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Building positive working relationships with customers to resolve payment queries efficiently
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Producing aged debtor reports and escalating overdue accounts where necessary
