MSA Outsourcing Solutions - UK is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to support one of our UK based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtor accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
- Prepare and send regular reminders, statements, and invoices to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client communications.
