DaytodayreportingintotheFinanceDirector,you’llberesponsibleforraisingallsalesinvoicesacrosstwobusinessentitiesandensureinvoicesareissuedinatimelymanner.
We’verecruitedforthiscompanybefore,andtheyareagreatplacetowork.
Belowisasmalloverviewofwhatyou’llbedoing;
- Raisingandissuingallsalesinvoicesacrossourtwobusinesses
- Monitoringretentionanddefectsenddatestoensureinvoicesareraisedinatimelymanner.
- Requestingandrecordingnewclientdetailsforreversecharge
- UpdatingandsharingthesalestrackerwiththeDirectors
- Producingandreviewingtheageddebtorsreport,andproactivelychasingoverduepayments
- Raisingintercompanyinvoiceswhenrequired
