The role
The Credit Controller is responsible for customer and/or aged debt collection and query management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage debt collection and overdue debt reduction per assigned account.
- Identify and match receipts against the correct invoices to ensure accurate account reconciliation and statement records.
- Track and reduce unapplied and unidentified receipts.
- Perform receipt write offs for bank charges, foreign exchange, etc.
