An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join our established national finance team.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly organised, and passionate about delivering strong collection outcomes while maintaining positive client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing a customer ledger
- Conducting debt collection activities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Processing banking, reconciliations, allocations, and receipting
- Investigating and resolving unreconciled payments
- Handling customer enquiries, investigations, and dispute resolution
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts
- Analysing data and preparing reports
