The Role
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager and managing a team, you will be responsible for conducting credit assessment for new clients, ensuring timely billing of invoices, and closely monitoring collections of outstanding invoices, oversees the collection of customer accounts ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include achieving the DSO days KPI targets and proactively drive further improvements, conduct monthly AR meeting on debt status with internal stakeholders, resolve operational issues, ensure accurate and timely closing of revenue and doubtful debt provisioning as per company's credit control policy.
