Job Purpose
The Credit Evaluator supports credit decision-making by reviewing financial documents, assessing applications, and ensuring compliance with credit policies. The role focuses on accurate analysis, risk identification, and timely processing to support high-quality lending outcomes.
Key Result Areas- Timely and accurate evaluation of credit applications in line with approved credit policies.
- Proper verification and validation of customer income, employment, and liability documents.
- Basic financial analysis including affordability, debt ratios, and exposure calculations.
- Identification and escalation of credit risks, discrepancies, or policy deviations.
- Adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal credit governance requirements.
- Maintenance of complete, accurate, and audit-ready credit files and system records.
- Achievement of defined productivity, turnaround time, and quality benchmarks.
