Career Opportunity: Credit Investigator/ Collector
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Contact customers via phone, email, or written communication to follow up on overdue payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment issues.
- Negotiate payment plans or settlement arrangements when necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate/college undergraduate/college graduate
- With at least work experience as a Collector/Credit Investigator
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Preferably with driver's licensed and own motorcycle
- Amenable to do fieldwork in the assigned area (Around Metro Manila)
