Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Credit Policy Officer shall be responsible for the regular review and update of the Credit Policies Manual, ensuring that it is an effective tool in strengthening the Bank’s credit processes. He/she shall conduct the review of product and operating manuals upon request of the various units of the Bank. He/she shall also assist in the performance of the functions of the Sub-Credit Committee Secretariat.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
With bachelor’s degree preferably in banking and finance, accounting or any business course, and also in science or mathematics course.
Professional Experience:
At least five (5) years in credit risk management (e.g., account management, credit evaluation/analysis/review, credit policy development, documentation review, lending operations) or in financial/operations audit of a financial institution.
