- Lead and enhance the company’s overall credit risk management function.
- Review, develop, and improve credit policies, underwriting guidelines, approval criteria, and risk grading models.
- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, approval quality, non-performing loan (NPL) indicators, and collection effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to balance business growth, profitability, and risk management objectives.
