Key Responsibilities
- Assess and review customer creditworthiness, ensuring credit limits and terms are aligned with company policies and risk appetite
- Monitor customer accounts to identify credit risks, overdue balances, and potential exposure, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to support timely resolution of overdue accounts and improve cash flow performance
- Evaluate, process, and recommend adjustments to credit limits and terms based on financial analysis and customer behavior
- Support credit reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls and audit standards
