Job Description
Support credit control and collection activities in Allianz Malaysia’s Corporate Business Department with data extraction, reporting, and account supervision.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Extract data via EIS weekly and generate monthly tracking files (collection and unmatched transactions) for Corporate Business marketers to follow up and match
- Assist in preparing report updates for monthly meetings with Credit Recoveries
- Supervise accounts receivable to maintain within tolerance age band and mitigate risks of impairment or bad debts
- Issue official receipts, journals, and perform accounts reconciliation
- Perform any other tasks assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department
