Cree Language Teacher
The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Use appropriate teaching aides and techniques, in order to meet basic Saskatchewan curriculum standards;Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet individual needs of students;Promote and assist in the development of Cree Language and Culture programming;Attend staff/community/School Committee/parent-teacher/Cree Language Retention Committee meetings and in-service workshops to develop a greater understanding of community aspirations and improvement of personal teaching competencies;Participate in operation of the school extracurricular program.
