Job Summary
The Crew is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring to deliver high standards of product quality. Must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, food preparation and cleaning procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing Customer Service including after sales service.
- Operate as a cashier. It should be each employee's goal to use the POS machine without error and to be consistently accurate in money handling.
- Individual contribution in achieving budgeted Sales and ATV as per plans Execute Upselling / Suggestive Selling and Primarily responsible for providing Customer Service which includes after sales service.
